Use of the car The Client agrees to drive the rented vehicle according to the laws concerning the circulation on public roads and other regulation such as : 1. He will not overload the vehicle and he will not use it for merchandise transportation 2. He will not use the vehicle for racings, tests, or to push or to tow other vehicles 3. He will perform repairs in authorized garages only, with the prior approval and according to the instructionsof the Owner: the Client will be refunded based on the invoice issued on behalf of the Owner, accompanied by the repairs breakdown; 4. He will not leave the vehicle open (doors, windows, luggage ) or the keys in the ignition; 5. He will use the vehicle according to the Instructions Manual issued by the manufacturer; 6.He is not allowed to leave Romania by car . The Owner ( Aventis Grup ) reserved the right to refuse the rental of a vehicle without further explanation . All the amounts are expressed in Euro and include VAT and third parties insurances . The cash payment will be made in advence in $ , Euro or ROL, at the exchange rate provided by B.N.R. ( TheNational Bank of Romania ) for the day of the payment . Credit card payments are also accepted, based on a processing fee . The delivery and collection of the vehicle takes place at the time, date and location asked by the Client and mentioned in Rental Contract, with no supplementary costs within the limits of Craiova City . The vehicle may be delivered and collected in other location within Romania, based on the prior approval of the Owner and an agreed tariff .
